Nepal Bank Limited Lumbini State Office has provided one computer set to a community school in Kapilbastu district.
State head of the bank Sushil Kumar Nepal said that during a program on Friday, the state office of the bank provided a computer to Shree Bal Secondary School located in Wanganga 1 Bairia of Kapilvastu under the social responsibility obligation. The price of the computer set is 80 thousand rupees.
By providing computers, Vishnu Panthi, Provincial Speaker of Kapil Bastu Constituency No. 1, said that providing computers to the community schools would make it easier for the students to study. According to the bank, the computer was given for the purpose of students.
Tikaram Poudel, the principal of the school, said that the support of the bank’s social responsibility will help in teaching.
State manager of the bank Supaj Gyawali, branch manager of Bhairawa branch Vishwaraj Adhikari branch manager of Chauraha branch (Butwal) Krishna K.C., branch manager of Wanganga branch Chadni Tiwari, school teachers, staff, students and others were present in the program.
